'Stepping On' falls prevention course

Sign up for this free seven week, two hours a week course and learn how to decrease the risk of future falls and injury. The research based "Stepping On" program has been developed by professional occupational therapists and is specifically designed to help older people feel confident in "stepping on" inside and outside of their homes. Topics covered include: balance & strength, simple exercises to do at home, medication vision and falls, safe footwear, hazards at home and how to modify them, and pedestrian safety.
